During our stay at this hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional level of service we received. Not only did the staff go above and beyond to ensure our comfort, but they also demonstrated incredible attention to detail. For instance, when I accidentally left behind my phone charger in the room, the staff promptly retrieved it for me and returned it to my hands with a smile. the tea and coffee facilities were well-stocked and of high quality, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing cup of hot beverage whenever we pleased. the free toiletries provided were luxurious and added a touch of elegance to our experience. It's clear that this hotel truly values its guests and strives to exceed their expectations in every aspect. We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning in the future.
